A secret service, security service, intelligence service, is by default a criminal organization. Here is the reason why. It tries to protect the interests of its client. This is done by eliminating opponents, in fact these organizations are optimized to eliminate. This elimination is not done by legal actions but illegal actions, that is why it is called secret. Make the opponent dependent on you, ridicule him, spread lies, turn into psychiatric patient and if everything fails or in a hurry, eliminate by e.g. car accident, heart attack, disease or if everything still fails use a bullet or a knife.
